I’m Colleen Carolin, a Master’s-qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a PACFA and ACA-registered private practice in Sydney.
I work integratively, which means I don't bring a fixed approach to every person. I bring curiosity, a well-stocked toolkit, and a genuine belief that you are not broken — you are responding, often very logically, to a life that has asked a great deal of you.
I work within a broad scope — from everyday stress and life transitions to grief, trauma, and deeper psychotherapeutic exploration. My practice is unhurried and grounded in genuine regard for the people I work with.
I work with individuals and couples who are ready to have an honest conversation — about their mental, emotional, and relational wellbeing, whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply want to show up more fully in your life.
